Office tower façade sealant, Raffles Place
Raffles Place, Singapore 2026
A scheduled recurrence visit re-sealing façade joints on a Grade-A Raffles Place office tower by rope access, completed in a single tightly-run mobilisation.
The problem
A Grade-A office tower in the financial district relies on intact façade joints to keep wind-driven rain out of premium tenant space; on its maintenance cycle, specific joints were due for renewal.
Our approach
On a scheduled recurrence visit, our rope-access team targeted the due joints, masking, re-sealing and finishing them cleanly, with the works planned to keep the tower fully operational.
Method
Rope-access access to the granite-and-glass elevation, masking and joint preparation, and fresh weatherproof sealant applied and tooled to a clean finished bead.
Outcome
The due joints were renewed and weatherproofed in a single mobilisation, keeping the façade’s maintenance cycle on track with no disruption to the tenants below.
